Refund Policy

You can enter a job posting and save the job to the NACElink Central data base at no charge. Click on the "Save & Finish Later" button. Charges are due by credit card when the job is submitted for posting.

The "Save & Proceed" button will take you to a Target Your Schools page where you will be asked for a "Schedule Posting Date" and required to choose the school(s) where you want the job to be posted. Once schools are targeted, click on the "Save & Proceed" button to review the listing. When you are ready to finalize the transaction, select the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Once you enter your credit card information and click the "Submit Job" button, the transaction is finished.

Once a job posting is paid with a credit card, charges are NOT refundable.

You will be charged for any job posting that goes online for 30 consecutive days or any portion thereof. No refund will be given for early cancellation of a 30-day advertisement..

If you want a job posting to run longer than 30 days, you must resubmit the advertisement. To repost, please go to the Jobs section and click on the Create New Job button. Please use the "Copy Existing" drop-down field to copy an old job. If your old job is not listed in the job drop-down, proceed to click the "Show Archived" for access to more jobs.

Schools may review and decline a job posting before it is posted online on their site.

If a job posting is declined by a school, a refund will be issued in the form of a credit to the credit card you used to pay for the advertisement. The amount of the refund is based on the rules listed below:

If a job posting is declined and the number of ads you have placed falls into a different category under volume pricing, you will be charged according to the new category pricing. For example, you post your job to 16 schools at the volume rate of $200. One school rejects your ad—meaning you're now posting to 15 schools—your rate reverts to the volume price for 6 to 15 schools or $150. Your credit card will be credited with $50.

NACE is not responsible for job postings/advertisements that contain misspelled words, typographical errors, or garbled text and will not offer a refund or a credit for these ads.
