When you log in to NACElink, you will go to the Employer Desktop page first. It is on this web page that you will find the tools you need to create and manage job postings and manage your account with NACElink.

The Employer Desktop and the navigation bar (at the top of each page) will help you find the tools and features you need.

On the Employer's Desktop

Post Jobs to Multiple Schools Create a job posting for one or more schools. You may also post a job to all schools in the system. Jobs posted using this link can be managed from any NACElink site.
Manage All Jobs Review, edit, or cancel job postings.
Manage Organization Information Update organization information, update contacts, create new contacts, and edit your professional contact information.

If you have current job postings in the system (from 30 days past through future dates), they will appear in a box below the link to the Manage All Jobs.

Use this box to quickly preview the details of a job, view the job's closing date, and print or download a .PDF file containing application materials.

The desktop also offers links to:

  • Edit your username and/or password
  • A list of schools that use NACElink

On the Navigation Bar

My Desktop This link will always take you to the Employer Desktop page.
Post a Job Use this link to go to the web page to post jobs to one or more schools.
Manage All Jobs This link takes you to a page where you can manage the jobs you have put into the NACElink system (except on-campus interview jobs. The on-campus interview feature currently is available only thorough specific user school sites).
Manage Organization Information Edit your account and contacts, add new contacts and accounts, view other information for your organization.
Help Use this link to access an e-mail form through which you can direct questions to a NACElink Customer Service representative.
Logout To protect the integrity of your data, be sure to logout at the end of your session.
